Biography,

Viacheslav Zaykin was born in Russia in 1969. Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Moscow. Viacheslav Zaykin is a modern Russian painter,
his painting transforms the familiar world of reality into that of metaphor.

As the theme of his work, the artist chooses the landscape as well as figurative compositions. The artist works in a technique
traditional oil painting. This combines the classical manner with abstract writing.

The process.
It is difficult to choose a direction in painting in which you can realize your sense of the world, your understanding of life.
has reality. Sometimes it looks like the paint can reflect that. I think if only colors could ring, then I would be able
to express my state when I begin to create. During the creation of the image, the music helps me a lot, it gives me momentum. Music as in the original understanding
of its meaning of the phenomenon. I create the most moving of my paintings under the influence of music. At the end of the painting, time passes and if everything went well, then you feel how the colors put on the canvas begin
to ring. When I feel the image has faded, the paint is erased with a knife. For me too, it is a creative process, a process in the “return”. Then you realize that something or someone is wrong
not allow it. But I enjoy working on the image for a long time. Often I have no idea of the final result because everything can change in
the process. For example, a character can appear on the canvas or disappear. It’s the research that touches me, that kindles the desire
to create an image. A kind of unpredictability in the creative process is always present. Sometimes the specificity of the image
turns into an abstraction and sometimes the opposite. You take the time to stop and fix the beauty.
Become.
Having followed the course of a good drawing school in Moscow, I turned to reality, but by experimenting and seeking,
I realized that the realistic school was not enough for me. I think that to realize my ideas, it is not very important.
I work with oil paints and, of course, on canvas. For many centuries, oil paintings have attracted artists and viewers, which means there is a strong attraction
in this domain. It’s an amazing way to visually invisibly connect the past and the future.

Paintings in the interior

This portrait of a girl is made in mixed media, and the use of special gold leaf gives the drawing a design solution. There is movement in the picture and at the same time calmness, I tried to convey the clash of gold and warm natural tones. The face of a young girl conveys inner purity, naivety and serenity.
